For eCare+Voice and eClick, Securus provides around-the-clock emergency support. Our emergency care specialists will send needed rescuers and can track customers who need assistance on a map in real time.

For SpotLite GPS, Securus has partnered with AKC CAR to provide recovery support. Dedicated recovery specialists are available to assist in finding lost pets 24/7 and can be reached at 1.888. DOG.LOC8. They will stay on the phone with pet owners as long as needed, providing turn-by-turn directions and support.
