Devices Purchased Online Directly from Securus

If you are not completely satisfied with your Securus Locator device, you may return the device within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the cost of the locator, any accessories purchased in the same transaction as the locator, and prepaid service fees subject to the terms and conditions below. After 30 days, please refer to your Service Plan Agreement for details regarding cancellation of service.

You must contact Support@SecurusGPS.com or call Securus Customer Care at 866-989-7768 to request risk-free return authorization. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the device (and accessories if applicable)

You must return the device in as-new condition in the original packaging with all components included. If applicable, accessories purchased with the device must also be returned with the locator also in as-new condition, in the original packaging, and with all components included. If you fail to return all items originally packaged with your device, Securus may charge you a $25 restocking fee. You will be required to include an original receipt as proof of purchase.

You must deactivate your service by emailing Support@SecurusGPS.com or by calling Securus Customer Care at 866-989-7768.

For items returned within the 30-day period:

a) Securus will refund the purchase price paid for the locator and any accessories purchased with the locator, less any applicable restocking fees. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are NOT refundable.
b) If the device has been activated, Securus will refund any prepaid service plan fees and waive the $100 fee for early termination of your service agreement. The service plan activation fee is NOT refundable.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process after we receive your device and deactivate your service.

Devices Purchased from Our Retail Partners, Resellers or Dealers

If you are not completely satisfied with your Securus Locator device, you may return the device to the store, reseller or dealer based upon the terms of their return policy for a refund of the purchase price paid for the cost of the locator and accessories.

If the device has been activated, you must contact Support@SecurusGPS.com or call Securus Customer Care at 866-989-7768 to cancel the service plan on the device per terms of the Service Agreement. Returning your device to the point of purchase does not automatically cancel your service plan. You must call or email Securus Customer Care to cancel your service plan or your payment card on file will continue to be charged.
